Installation
Download and install ISAPI Rewrite3
Configuration
Open IIS Manager, select the site you want to pseudo-static → right click → property, choose ISAPI → Add, fill the Filter Name, such as "Rewrite". Executable file below click "Browse" and select rewrite module position just installed, rewrite.dll, and click OK
Add network service permissions for the wwwroot directory, and click OK to complete the filter added. At last restart IIS service.
