Remove and Rebuild Macintosh Recovery HD Partition

Remove Recovery HD Partition
Open terminal and run this command

$ diskutil eraseVolume HFS+ Blank /dev/disk1s3

... you will see ...

Started erase on disk1s3 Recovery HD
Unmounting disk
Erasing
Initialized /dev/rdisk1s3 as a 620 MB case-insensitive HFS Plus volume
Mounting disk
Finished erase on disk1s3 Blank

Now open Disk Utility, there a new Blank partition.

Remove and Rebuild Macintosh Recovery HD Partition

Merge the partition, run following command in terminal:

$ diskutil mergePartitions HFS+ SAMSUNG disk1s2 disk1s3

You will see like this:

The chosen disk supports resize; disregarding your new file system type and volume name
Merging partitions into a new partition
     Start partition: disk1s2 SAMSUNG
     Finish partition: disk1s3 Recovery HD
Started partitioning on disk1
Merging partitions
Waiting for the disks to reappear
Growing disk
Finished partitioning on disk1
/dev/disk1
   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER
   0:      GUID_partition_scheme                        *500.0 GB   disk1
   1:                        EFI EFI                     209.7 MB   disk1s1
   2:                  Apple_HFS SAMSUNG                 499.7 GB   disk1s2

Rebuild Recovery HD Partition

Download Lion Recovery Update v1.0

Run in Terminal

$ hdiutil attach ~/Downloads/RecoveryHDUpdate.dmg
$ pkgutil --expand /Volumes/Mac\ OS\ X\ Lion\ Recovery\ HD\ Update/RecoveryHDUpdate.pkg ~/Desktop/RHD
$ hdiutil attach ~/Desktop/RHD/RecoveryHDUpdate.pkg/RecoveryHDMeta.dmg
$ ~/Desktop/RHD/RecoveryHDUpdate.pkg/Scripts/Tools/dmtest ensureRecoveryPartition / /Volumes/Recovery\ HD\ Update/BaseSystem.dmg 0 0 /Volumes/Recovery\ HD\ Update/BaseSystem.chunklist

After that you will see:

Creating recovery partition: finished

Now we have rebuild Recovery HD Partition successfully.
