  • Open Run app by press Windows + R key, input gpedit.msc, will start the Group Policy Editor
  • Expand: Computer Configuration → Windows Setting → Security Setting → Lical Policies → Security Options
  • Finding in the right strategy: User Account Control: Only elevate executales that are signed and validated, double-click to open the property to Enabled, OK to exit logout and log again can be solved Windows 8 built-in administrator account cannot be used to open Metro program.
