Restore Ubuntu Network Connection Icon

$ sudo service network-manager stop
$ sudo rm /var/lib/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.state
$ sudo service network-manager start
$ sudo vim /etc/NetworkManager/nm-system-settings.conf

Modift false to true.

$ sudo service network-manager restart
